"A magnificent evening, I congratulate the boys who are the first to deserve this final after a tremendous championship and these fans. Although this path brought us some disappointments we were good at getting back on our feet and fighting. The first half was one of the most well played by my team. We went out like we were 0-0 to win it at all costs, that was the real skill of us tonight. Great job to everyone, even those who came in during the game. I thank these wonderful fans, the crowd was once again dragging. I think it was the crowning of all the good and bad experiences, I am also talking about the Palermo match that had been played with maturity and intelligence. We could perhaps have managed the lead better by controlling the dribble better, however, tonight was a great satisfaction because fifths have to go in and score goals. Cremonese and Catanzaro are completely different, together with Palermo Cremonese has one of the most important roses and Catanzaro has impressed everyone this season. The affection of the fans is gratifying, since I arrived I have promised things and they as a result have returned their support to us. They are giving us a big push toward something fantastic.“

"Definitely it was a very positive collective performance, we pushed hard from the start because we told ourselves to win without thinking about the first game. We are a very young team that when we slow down for a moment can get distracted, we maybe have to be better at managing possession when we are ahead but we deservedly won tonight. To score in such an important game is a very strong emotion, the crowd gives us a great charge and a good bond has been created with them, we are looking forward to coming back here to the Penzo next Sunday."
