Venice, 22 January 2026 – Venezia FC SpA continues to strengthen its managerial structure with the appointment of Nicholas Vieira as Head of Marketing and Sara Simioni as Head of Human Resources.
These appointments are part of the Club’s broader organisational development path, in line with recent governance and management decisions, and reflect the objective of building a solid, integrated and long-term oriented leadership team. This evolution supports the Club’s sporting, commercial and corporate growth, while reinforcing its identity and positioning.

As Head of Marketing, Nicholas Vieira will lead the development and execution of Venezia FC’s brand and communication strategy, with the aim of strengthening positioning, visibility and fan engagement both in Italy and internationally. A strategic marketing leader with over ten years of experience across sport and lifestyle, Vieira brings a global perspective and a growth-oriented approach to the Venezia FC brand. He previously held leadership roles at Nike EMEA in brand and narrative strategy, and from 2023 to 2025 served as Global Head of Brand Communication at Ray-Ban, where he led the brand’s global relaunch and the launch of Ray-Ban x Meta AI glasses. At Venezia FC, he will contribute to strengthening the Club’s brand equity and its status as a contemporary sports and cultural platform.
As Head of Human Resources, Sara Simioni will lead the HR function, supporting organisational culture, talent development and internal processes with a focus on governance, compliance and sustainable growth. She brings extensive experience across industrial, retail and corporate environments, with strong expertise in HR business partnering, talent acquisition and organisational management. She previously held HR roles at Lotto Sport Italia and SCARPA, and in 2025 worked at Bracchi S.p.A., one of Europe’s leading integrated transport and logistics operators. At Venezia FC, she will focus on attracting, developing and valuing people, fostering a work environment aligned with excellence, responsibility and the Club’s long-term vision.
