VENEZIA FC SPA: ROMANO CINELLI NEW HEAD OF COMMERCE

Venice, September 2025 – Venezia FC SpA announces the appointment of Romano Cinelli to the new role of Head of Commerce, who will coordinate the Club's three commercial levers under a single management: stadium and ticketing, sponsorship & rights, merchandising and licensing.

With the arrival of Cinelli, Venezia FC adds a key figure to the company's management structure, which in recent months has seen the creation of an Italian team with strong leadership and international expertise, in line with the growth strategy set by management and OpCo, which represents the shareholders.

Romano Cinelli has twenty years of solid experience in managing multinational companies, focused on different countries and cultures. Before joining Venezia FC, Romano Cinelli held various senior leadership roles, including Vice President and General Manager EMEA for The Athlete's Foot and, prior to that, at Converse EMEA, and General Manager Southern Europe Sportswear at Nike. He has also worked at Nike's headquarters in Portland (USA) and at its Dutch headquarters in Amsterdam.
