This afternoon, in the press room of Cà Venezia, Sporting Director Antonelli, together with Head of the Technical Area Molinaro, presented the new arancioneroverde head coach Giovanni Stroppa to the media.

Expectations around Venezia are high, both on and off the pitch. No one will give us anything for free, and every goal will be achieved through hard work, humility, and ambition. This is the spirit that will guide us every day.

Today, we officially welcome Mister Stroppa: a prepared coach, with a clear and modern vision of football, and a winning mentality that I had the privilege of witnessing during the extraordinary campaign that led Monza to Serie A for the first time in its history.

Stroppa is the right man to immediately imprint his technical and moral values on the team. He has a winning mentality and has proven capable of enhancing the squads he’s worked with, accelerating collective growth with method and identity.

"There were several factors that influenced my decision to choose Venezia FC. First and foremost, with the sporting director there's a relationship built over time, formed through a shared path, not just professionally but also personally and through friendship. Being able to work together again was without a doubt a key element.
