MIRKO MARIĆ JOINS VENEZIA FC

Venezia FC announces the signing of Croatian striker Mirko Marić from Monza on a loan deal until the end of the season.

Born in Mostar, Marić developed his footballing skills at HNK Grude and NK Široki Brijeg before embarking on a career that saw him play for renowned clubs such as Dinamo Zagreb, Lokomotiva Zagreb, Videoton FC, NK Osijek, Monza, and Rijeka.

His most prolific season came in 2019/2020 with Osijek, where he recorded 35 appearances, scoring 20 goals and providing 6 assists.

In the first half of the current season, Marić made 11 appearances and provided 1 assist for Monza.

On the international stage, he has represented the Croatian national team, earning two caps with the senior squad.
