Venezia FC Supporters Card

The Venezia FC Supporters Card allows you to fully experience your passion for the club and access discounts, exclusive event invitations and dedicated promotions.

The card is essential to subscribe to the 2024/25 season ticket and to purchase tickets in case of restrictions imposed by the authorities or to follow the team on away matches when a Fidelity Card is required.

HOW TO REQUEST IT ONLINE

The Supporters Card can be requested at the official Venezia FC stores or online, at http://www.veneziafc.vivaticket.it/.

If you request it online, you will need to fill in the appropriate sections providing your personal information, residence and contact details, and a digitized photo of your face in jpg or png format, with a minimum size of 600x600 pixels and not exceeding 4MB.

The image should be a formal photo of the same type used for identification documents: an official photo used for fan recognition. If you upload a photo larger than 600x600 pixels, you will have the option to crop it to center your face.

Pay special attention to the data entered during the procedure: if the personal information provided is found to be incorrect and/or if your photograph does not meet the required specifications, the card will not be produced, and you will be contacted to provide the correct data.

The card will be delivered to your home address within 25 days of the request. The identification code will be immediately communicated via email in the purchase confirmation, allowing you to buy a season ticket or tickets for Venezia FC matches at the Stadio Pier Luigi Penzo online. While waiting for the card to be delivered, you can use the temporary pass included in the receipt to access the stadium on matchday. However, it is not possible to buy tickets for away matches that require a Fidelity Card without physically possessing the card.

After the start of the season, the card can be collected for free at the Officials Venezia FC Stores during the opening hours.

VALIDITY AND PRICE

The card is valid for 2 (two) years. The expiration date is printed on the card.

The issuance of the Supporters Card will cost €12.50. An additional €2.50 will be added for pre-sale rights and shipping expenses, which vary depending on the place of delivery.
