Unione Project: a growing success in the local area

The Union Project of Venezia FC is achieving great success, further solidifying the ever-stronger bond between the arancionerover club and local amateur sports organizations. This initiative, designed to promote affiliation and collaboration with area clubs, aims to strengthen Venezia FC’s identity by bringing its working methods and philosophy directly to the local community.

Coordinated by project leader Giorgio La Vista, the initiative takes place at the affiliated clubs’ facilities, where the Venezia FC youth sector staff visit to share their expertise with young players and coaches from the local teams. The coaches of the arancioneroverde club offer their experience, demonstrating the daily operations of the club to improve teaching quality and talent development.

The first technical event of the project was held with Vigor Calcio, where 40 players from the Under 14 and Under 16 categories had the opportunity to be trained according to Venezia FC’s methodologies. The event actively involved the coaches of the club in Cinto Caomaggiore, creating an important professional development opportunity for the entire staff.

The initiative will continue weekly, involving all affiliated clubs in response to the high demand. Additionally, the technical staff from the youth sectors of the affiliated organizations will have the chance to participate in specific clinics organized by Venezia FC. Here, they will be able to learn the club’s methods in detail and engage in hands-on activities directly at the pitches of Cà Venezia.

The “Unione Project” thus confirms itself as a vital bridge for strengthening ties with the local area and further spreading Venezia FC’s identity and culture.
