In the first part of the winter transfer window, Venezia FC Femminile recorded several incoming and outgoing market movements.
Incoming
— Ida Lyberg. The Swedish player, centre-back of Malmö FF and of the Swedish Under-17, Under-18 and Under-19 national teams, joins Venezia FC as a free agent. With Malmö FF, she earned promotion to the women's Division 2. With the Swedish national team, she made 21 appearances between all categories, plus appearances in the Elite Round of the Under-17 and the European qualification playoffs with the Under-19.
Outgoing
— Ilaria Mella. The Venezia FC forward has been transferred on a free loan to Villorba Calcio, playing in Serie C Femminile, Girone B, until the end of the season.
— Filomena Tuia. Venezia FC Femminile and the striker have reached an agreement for the consensual termination of her contract. Tuia, 22, has recorded one appearance this season.
